When using the product with an Accessy integration, the alarm and contract sections are not required.

Continue with the steps describing how to add new keys. All added keys will later be synced to Accessy as ”devices”.

1. API Credentials

In order for Accessy to be able to communicate with the LivionKey product, you need to supply us with the API credentials for the LivionKey account.
Request the API credentials by contacting LivionKey at support@livionkey.com
Once you receive the credentials consisting of a “ClientID” and a “Client secret”, proceed to the next step: “Submit integration data”.

1. Submit Integration Data

To setup the integration in Accessy, it is required that the subscription where the keys should be registered exists. Make sure that your customer has created that subscription and that you got the complete name of the subscription, e.g. “office@accessy”. This is mandatory to submit data needed for the integration.

1. Login to the partner portal and select “submit integration data”

2. Type the full name of the subscription.

3. Choose LivionKey

4. Input the integration data as requested.

5. Add you contact information where we can notify you when complete and in the case that we encounter issues to setup the integration.

6. Submit the data. Accessy will get back in touch once up and running.
