Integra Configuration for Accessy
Uppdaterad 26 augusti 2026
This step-by-step guide will go through all the necessary configuration required to integrate Integra with Accessy.
Software Requirements
Integra version 7.60 or above
IDA (API) 2.3.0 or above
Type of Installation
There are two types of installations available for Integra:
Systemhouse cloud installation
Systemhouse local installation
Cloud Installation:
For a cloud installation, most of the following configuration is done by Systemhouse:
Set up an Integra operator (system user) with control-rights for the folder containing the card readers (alternatively AP-nodes) to be controlled from Accessy.
Open default port (443) for SSL and communication with the Integra server.
Local Installation:
If you are running a local installation, the following configuration needs to be done:
Set up an Integra operator (system user) with control-rights for the folder containing the card readers (alternatively AP-nodes) to be controlled from Accessy.
Open default port (443) for SSL and communication with the Integra server.
Order a domain and certificate if this does not exist.
Install IDA / IECAlarm - if you need support with this step, please contact Systemhouse.
Submit Integration Data
To set up the integration in Accessy, you must choose a “home subscription” for it. Many customers will only have one subscription (for instance Company AB@Company AB), but if they have multiple subscriptions, please check with the customer or Accessy which subscription the integration should be connected to. This is important as it can not easily be changed afterwards.
Login to the partner portal at https://partner.accessy.se and select "submit integration"
Type the full name of the subscription.
Choose Integra.
Input the details required along with contact details.
Submit the data. Accessy will get back in touch once the integration is up and running.
